Do you want to start working in the mortgage industry or are you in the industry already and need a change?  Absolute Financial Services, LLC strives to bring on new Loan Originators who want to better balance their professional and family life while earning a good income.  Many of our Loan Originators start part-time while they ramp up their business, and then transition to full-time later.  We are always looking for new and experienced Loan Originators who wish to bring value and provide excellent customer service to our valued clients.

Our ideal candidate has the following qualities:

• We prefer individuals with experience in the mortgage industry, although no experience is necessary.
• You must be able to devote at least 10 hours per week to develop your business.
• PC proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office, Outlook email, and Internet.
• High motivation level, success oriented with strong sales aptitude.
• Devotion to providing excellent customer service.
• Commitment to adhering to high legal and ethical standards.
