Who would have thought that 3 years ago we would be in the situation that we are in today with the Financial Markets. Then we hear from or see from the News Media all of the negative press around these issues. However I am hearing to say that even though we are feeling some of the stresses of the Wall Street, it has never been better to buy a house. I just got back from the Washington Association of Mortgage Professional Real Estate Conference. What a great event and boy did I learn a lot? First of all it is predicted that know is the time to buy housing for it is a buyers market, if you wait another 18 months it will be turning into a sellers market again for the inventory will be low and lots of people still need housing. Whoa what a thought, we should buy know even when the News tells us not to. Also hear in Washington it is not as bad for our economy has more diversification that others don’t. We have affordable homes that are currently listed and we are able to make the deals work. So why would I an unknown want to write this article? I have seen that Realtors are saying use someone who will work for you, who has the education to back up there information that they give to the public. Well so does the Washington Association of Mortgage Professionals. Did you know that they are currently the only organization that is not only educated in there profession, they are also licensed and has had a background check. What this means to the consumer is that they are getting the best possible person to educated them on the mortgage process.

So the next question may come to mind is how do we find these people who are education and license professional? You can go to either www.wamb.org or to www.dfi.wa.gov. Both of these sights are great in finding the people who in the industry for the correct reasons, to help people get into homes that they can afford.
